I've seen an in car clip of Tiff Needell (I think) doing that to someone in a race and you could hear him say something like "if you aren't going to use it, tuck it in"

I used to do some mountainbike racing years ago and you'd get guys unclipping each other's brakes or flipping their chain onto an inappropriate cog just before the start. Helps to lighten the mood...
