4 seater convertible

Hi all - I am looking for anew car - will be my main car (although have a runaround for the station etc.

It needs to have 4 seats, and must be convertible.

I have had a lot of Porsches, so ruling out 911's....
My budget is £50k....

Like the Maser Gran Sport, but realistically its out of budget.

Have been trying to buy a Bentley GTC, but am beginning to worry about potential costs if I get a duff one.


Thought about the Merc E class - looks nice, but lacking in power for me...
Ideally would like a Ferrari California - but not on my budget ... any suggestions?

Good call - had a V8V previously - but was really disappointed with the drive.... Lovely place to sit though.
However, maybe not a bad call now I am looking GT rather than sports car....

Do you want 4 seats as in 2+2 or 4 adult seats? My Dad has an E Class convertible and likes it. the back is pretty roomy too.

2+2 will do. we have an X5 as the workhorse....

On tha basis there are a lot of cars better than the E Class.

I'm not too fond of the 4 seater Morgans, I was at the factory earlier in the week and they just look wrong!

I would probably agree with you on that, the older 4 seaters look much better, and actually for the OP I think there was a one off V8 powered older generation 4 seater for sale recently at his budget
