I can't see any thing wrong with the Porsche driver, we do that on a regular basis , even in the super market car park biggrin

I can't see the caterfield driver doing much wrong either.

Always the responsibility of the overtaking car to make sure it's safe.

It's a Westfield with a Megabusa engine, not a Cateringvan.

Not so sure on that. It's a derestricted toll road not a race track. He pulled out on an overtaking car without checking sufficiently, to get a slightly better line. I wouldn't want to try justifying that to a German copper.
