Revival 2014 live stream: Sunday

Can't make it to Goodwood this weekend? See everything here

Revival weekend is upon us once again! Classic cars, classic motorsport and classic style will rule the Goodwood estate over the next few days. Just as with Festival of Speed weekend, a live stream direct from Goodwood will show all the action live across the three days.

What is there to look forward to? A couple of very special anniversaries for a start. Both the Jaguar D-Type and Maserati 250F celebrate 60 years in 2014, with their respective makers organising events to mark the occasion at Goodwood. There's of course the legendary TT race (see Harris in that), the Fordwater Trophy for GTs of the 1960s, the Sussex Trophy for 50s sportscars and a Shelby Cup for small-block V8 saloons. Of course those races are just scratching the surface of what promises to be a fantastic weekend of motorsport.

But the Revival is so much more than that. There's the Earls Court Motor Show where classics line up with their modern counterparts, the high street of vintage shops and the Freddie March Spirit of Aviation display plus plenty more.

The livestream will encompass all of that and provide unrivalled coverage of a great weekend. Enjoy!

The tv coverage is poor , it concentrates on the timed runs instead of showing more of whats happening in the grounds .

The broadcast is designed for historic motorsport fans - it's qualifying today, apart from one race at 6pm. All the races will be broadcast live tomorrow.

Lots of excitement and fabulous cars on track already though, if you like that sort of thing! smile

Just tuned into the stream and someone crashed a vintage F1 (?) car during one of the races because he was pushed off the track. That repair bill must be quite something!

This event makes F1 look so dull that one has to wonder why the big companies even bother with the format anymore.

Just put the drivers in little red Alfas, Fords, Austins and Jaguars that spend more time going sideways more often than not. Put in full cages, good seats and HANS devices and call it a day.

Indeed thumbup -I caught the Formula Junior race this AM- little single seaters with 1100cc engines- a simply wonderful race with 3-4 way scraps for the lead and main places and drivers really going for it with lots of sideways action and 'oppo locking' going on biggrinbiggrin. In cars where you can see the driver at work at the wheel. F1 may be the supposed pinnacle, but I'm beginning to realize where the 'real' racing happens.

Just watching the start of the Shelby cup. There's Max, near the back.

You'd have thought that he'd avail himself a bit of front running kit just for one weekend.

Friday tickets were about £45 I think and Saturday or Sunday tickets £60 each day.

There's a schedule for those wanting to watch selectively.

Mods : Any chance that link could get added to the main article? Googling for obvious words and phrases (Goodwood schedule, timetable, race program(me) etc.) wasn't turning up any useful pages for me.

More excitement in the Settrington Cup than Formula E.
