Definitely one of the better garages. I always wonder how with these garages there is never a consideration on fuel and insurance though. It's supposed to be dream I know but still........
he has £65 for that, enough to get him off the forecourtLeins said:

Three sports cars in the collection.....!
Great choice the V8 Vantage instead of an older DB9. Like the colour as well. Surprised the paint has not be polished off.
Logical choice for the BM and very menacing too. I went 4WD but would definitely choose the BM over a Merc. Highish milage but cannot see many issues if treated well. Still looks good too.
Europa was from left field but 200BHP, under 1000KG's and low residuals with not many made, makes for an interesting choice. Difficcult to get a decent TVR for that money and more comfortable than the Elise or Exige. No Evora's for that price either.
MGA, not my cup of tea but can see the appeal. Though I would have spent 25 on a Tamora or 350T and 18 on a classic.
Not tempted by this instead of the MGA?

Witty and well argued but no bikes.

£95 later and I am off the forecourt, knew I should have taken the more direct route...
Cheers for the comments guys, took longer choosing than I thought it would, I'm sure we all secretly live in hope that Pistonheads will turn round at some point, pick their favourite garage and give us the £100k to actually spend!

I think I could live with the fuel and insurance bills for a garage like that, more scared about the repair bills on them!Fetchez la vache said:
Nice garage, though I'm unsure as to whether a £35k Aston would "hold it's value and in time, even make a bit". Sounds like man maths
Man maths definitely at work when I was thinking that, still trying to convince myself it would be a suitable GT86 replacement...maybe if I kept hold of it for 10 years I might make a bit?smilo996 said:

The M5 would have been pipped by an Alfa 159 Q4 Sportswagon had there been one in the classifieds which would have covered the 4WD base.Three sports cars in the collection.....!

Agreed that a Tamora or T350 would be a very good alternative to the MGA, they were on the short list but something about MGA's that just get me at the moment.
Scarily close to what I'm looking to replace our Golf GTD and 350Z Roadster with.
Aston - do you need to ask why?
M5 Touring. Wouldn't want another rear wheel drive BM, but a 335d or year old B8 RS4 current options (although with two young kids, I keep coming back to the Octavia vRS TSI as a way too practical possibility)
As both current cars spend more time on the drive than on the road (advantage of living close to school and work) replacements don't have to be that sensible, as long as one has the space......
Found myself bidding on eBay for an MGB Roadster last week. MGA lovely but out of budget.

Has anyone considered that once he gets off the imaginary forecourt he will have used his entire imaginary budget on the imaginary fuel and won't have been able to afford imaginary insurance and will therefore be pulled over but the imaginary police and have his imaginary car imaginarily impounded facing an imaginary fine that will put him over his imaginary budget further leaving him in imaginary debt and with an imaginary driving conviction, thus nullifying all his other imaginary cars he is yet to take off other imaginary forecourts/ driveways? He's having an imaginary nightmare

I had imagined you would say that! How about a German (sort of) aircooled collection.
1 cylinder : Heinkel kabinroller
2 cylinder : BMW R69S bike
4 cylinder : Karmann Ghia VW
6 cylinder : Porsche 911T (to keep in budget)
8 cylinder : Tatra 603 V8
Not a drop of water in sight. It was sort of German as Austro-Hungarians were involved.

I agree - good selections.I also think that those with £100k 'invested' in the driveway/garage, have enough loose change to not worry massively about insurance and fuel.
