Place mats
Fish scale raincoats from vinyl ones, could be heated welded together.

Stick one of those smiley circle air fresheners in it rather than hanging them from your mirror.

HGVs still need them to display the operators license.

People should start making parking permits the same shape & size as the old tax discs.

No doubt we'll scrap them all and then they'll bring in the insurance disc requirement.
