Just ran out to get an internal pic of the car - check the time on the dash (its pushing it with rain here so that's the best I can do)

Check out the huge Pro Nav screen smile.
I would't even bother taking the time to post pics, etc up. Who gives a st if anonymous people on the internet don't believe you? Still not sure what was going on with the 944/S2000 though.

Totally agree - I find it remarkable that they seem to follow you around deliberately destroying breads I create or if I post onto any others thread they just turn it back and deliberately debate totally off topic issues (clearly trying to get me to flounce but that hasn't and will not happen).

Well you'd know Welshly, why don't you just say which garage has got it?

Is your 535d the 299hp/ps model?

55k miles Welshbeef? What happened to those plans for a brand new 3 Series? hehe

Nice to see yours is almost as hilarious fuel economy wise as my 530d when used for short trips though, 21mpg isn't bad hehe
Couldn't justify the depreciation and I wanted RWD not AWD - as it happened I had gone down to the dealers to look at 5 f30 330ds they had instead I just saw this in the used car lot loved its looks got inside it decision was made even before the test drive.

This one fits the family better too which ticks the box.

Lol fuel economy --- it is my first tank but yep 21mpg from an 8 speed 535d smile I did mention it was spirited driving. I really like driving it and totally agree the short trips don't do fuel economy any favours in it. I really like the fact they don't have a water temp gauge instead its an oil temp so its treated really gently until its up to 100 (just like all my old cars up to temp first then use the power).

I've not yet tried the park assist function - also no idea how I rip the music to the HD? All my music is iTunes and I believe its MPEG only.... God knows how you convert in pretty crap on such things.
Bung it on a USB stick and play it. Then when its playing push your iDrive over to the right and select Import music. It will then save everything on the device.

What of the new car? Can do - don't have custard but can substitute for something in the cooking cabinet.
Not possible on the RS6 - that's gone and I did post a pic of that to counter those who didn't believe - though even with that they didn't believe.
Yeah, the new keepers supplement off the V5 for the new BMW. You could just write "Welshbeef" on a slip of paper to hide your personal details and disprove the doubters.

Edit: just read someone else's post about just ignoring everyone. Probably a better idea tbh, don't rise to it!

Very nice. Really liking the newer gen BMW interiors. So very nearly bought a F10 335i M Sport but decided to stick to the agreed sensible option.

So when I was hounded as not responding giving the exact same response as you have... They thought that fair game tables turned you use the exact argument I did and don't like it exactly like I didn't (well it didn't bother me)

Prove this mate exists which RS6's has he viewed so far

Its b/S until the custard comes out remember.

The box in the 535d is excellent - it is ZF's 8 speed auto. I have it in my F10 530d and it's an absolutely brilliant gearbox.
So when you put your foot down hard, does it kick the gears down and put the revs up pointlessly?

So what you're saying is, until I take a photo with my mate accompanying some custard, the fact of him looking for an RS6 is invalid????
This would also come to the conclusion that you've never actually owned any of the cars you've mentioned as you've never taken a photo of them with custard now have you??

You're not very clever now are you?

Much drama in your threads. Always. Why don't you just menton the garage name for the chap, what does matter now it's sold..or did you already mention it?

If its flat to the floor yes if its hard but not fully I've found it does hold the gear (unless its 1k revs it nips down a cog then holds that all the way).

Try one if you have a view that autos are dire slow changing hunting for gears etc this will certainly change your view.

Surely a bit of free advertising for the chap you sold the car to won't go amiss???

Although this is a car forum so I doubt anyone would be interested!!!!!!

That's the very crux of it - no one can prove 100% a car is their own online - have you got custard for all yours nope. Fact is does it matter not one bit.

Where is your mate based (roughly) and how far is he willing to travel? Car is within 20 miles of Reading currently so if your far away its pointless.

No it won't - on his car you can only import music from USB using the USB port in the glovebox.

Though frankly I don't bother, the USB capacity is only 12gb and it seems to classify each attempt at copying things from a USB stick as an 'Album' and puts them into separate folders. It's clearly designed to rip CD's really, the USB import seems like an afterthought.

Instead I just leave a 32Gb USB stick in the armrest and it works wonderfully.

Of course it kicks down, it's an auto and you've just stabbed the throttle hard. But it's not 'pointless'. If you want to retain manual control you can and it won't shift up unless you hit the limiter.

I think most on here should know better than to gang up on an individual like this. OK he's got form in the untruth department but it seems he has been reminded and ridiculed about that far too much now. Why not give the guy a chance and stop behaving like bellends?
