E61 545. No idea?! Probably some sort of wannabe badge snob with little interest in cars to those who miss the '45 bit on the back.

In life there are indeed leaders and there are indeed followers.

Followers are concerned with what image the piece of machinary that transports them from point A to point B (otherwise known as an automobile, care, etc.) says about them and perhaps make buying choices based there upon (I wont drive this car because it has a "chav" image etc.)

Leaders purchase and drive whatever they choose without the slightest consideration to what "image" it sopposedly projects about them. They drive what they like and what suits them.

+1 My car is my dream car, after waiting many years and searching for the right one.

I do not care what other people think its my money.

Probably either a 'ricer' / Fast and the Furious chav.

Although most general public mistake it for a Skyline, so I have no idea laugh

Much rather waft along in an E34 than a modern A3! Even if the 520 is a bit slow... How Whitney is your gearbox on a scale of mildly irritated toddler to fully stuck pig?
Mine is fairly Whitney. It's Not Right But It's OK. I'm gonna make it anyway.

I have a 2007 Jaguar S-Type Sport.

Don't know what it says about me and don't really give much of a toss but all I know is people keep asking me how I can afford such a posh car.

It cost £8k. :-)

As for me - I'm a 5' 8", skinny, slightly ugly and loafer/red trousers/shirt/tweed jacket wearing 36 year old.

Draw your own conclusions! smile

Edited to add: the day I brought it home my GF said, somewhat witheringly - "you look like a boy-racer with money".

If that's your car, and you ever end up in North Yorkshire - I'm buying you a pint.
There's few Mercs I like, but that second pic of the N/S looks absolutely fantastic!

2011 Golf Diesel. Unsure what it says really as its quite an anonymous and classless car.
