Earlier this week, it was 117p for Unleaded, and 121p for Diesel.
Yesterday's prices down to 114p, and 120p.

BP, so not the cheapest either.

Last night, local (Walsall) garage independent was selling Harvest Energy unleaded down to 109.9p, the first I have seen below 110p. I filled up there at the weekend at 111.9 p frown

One might argue this is far better for the UK economy as a whole than north sea production.

Still don't get why LPG takes so much longer to drop. It's still at 57.7 at the Asda, was the same price around a week ago when petrol was 4p higher than it is now.

I suspect they need to sell existing stock at the price they bought it in at + profit....

We are down to about 79p for diesel and 92p for 95 petrol here in France, and it seems to be dropping daily now.

The fall in fuel cost should bring down the price of transport therefore the price of food etc...

Shell Garage on Harbord Road - just paid AU$1.49/litre (I think) for Shell VPower 98. The regular 91RON/E10 stuff for the Forester is about AU$1.30. Coles discount voucher get 4c/litre off. BP garage on Sydney Road is closer but usually a couple of cents more expensive, and I'm often on Harbord Road.

I remember paying AU$1.70/litre about 7 years ago for 91RON, so prices have changed.

Or.....forget Joe Public and pay yourself a nice healthy Christmas bonus instead. That's how these things usually work.
