What is this, on the M1 yesterday!!

Someone saw this on the M1 yesterday morning somewhere between jct 30 and jct 34. What on earth is it? More accurately perhaps what was it and what is it going to be?

Looks like a California kit car. Wheels don't seem to fit properly, seems like the track is too narrow.

Perhaps more concentration on the road and less taking photos whilst driving and you'd know which junction it was.
