Just got the fright of my life, sat in my office and heard a skid.

Looked out and someone had decided to go back the way they came by doing a handbrake turn. He must have realised he'd forgotten his hoodie.

It wasn't very good, 5/10 I reckon.

People usually use the entrance to the church car park.

one, you're easily scared!
two, why have you got a cctv camera dangling on a window ledge? are you spying on your neighbours
three, it wasn't that bad really, if he'd held onto the handle for a fraction longer, he'd have been reet. how do you expect him to get better if he doesn't practise?

More vigour required on all controls IMO.

As said above though, 10/10 for effort.

Perhaps he was getting the best out of it before switching to a car with an electronic handbrake.

Not the best I have seen but nobody died.

I bet most of the population wouldn't know how to do one anyway.

I refuse to rule it out as an option in certain circumstances.

Some people say that being able to drive fast is a God given talent, while others say that you can learn it.
I'm not quite sure which is true, but I suspect the best drivers benefit from a bit of both. wink

Did one yesterday. Much quicker than a 3 point turn. Less time spent in middle of road.

He's on his way to part exchange it for something new.

Across town the car he is about to buy is currently doing a burn out.

I tried that in a Fiat Bravo in the snow. I had no idea how light the car was and did a 920 by accident

Two full circles and then slightly over half a circle?

Nothing fails to scare me stless no matter how many times it happens is just how, er, frictionless snow is - the above being a case in point. You think you're just going to do "a bit of a skid" and next thing you're going round and round/you've ttted into the kerb/your gran and are crying for your mum.

My worst attempt was in a Citroen Xantia.

Didn't realise until I understeered into a bush that the handbrake was attached to the front wheels. frown
