Luckily looks is a subjective matter and I think it looks brilliant. I actually think the screen improves the line sof the car.Are they doing a proper closed-cockpit one? If so could compete with the likes of the GT86 for fun, daily-drivable RWD sports cars.

I agree entirely. There's an air of Alfa 4C to the side profile of that. Sounds from the review like it's a joy to drive too.

I think that's a bit optimistic...Are they doing a proper closed-cockpit one? If so could compete with the likes of the GT86 for fun, daily-drivable RWD sports cars.

PH has massively publicised Zenos since early concept stage.
Who at PH Towers is a shareholder in Zenos / relative of someone at Zenos / been promised a job as PR manager for Zenos?

After that initial meeting with Ansar PH got the scoop on the car, Zenos taking a punt that we were the audience they wanted to put the car in front of before all others. Given their openness in discussing the challenges in getting a fledgling brand off the ground and the realities of making a success of it we thought it would be interesting to follow the progress of the project and with both press and customers Zenos has been keen to engage.
No denying off the back of this we've formed a close relationship with the Zenos team and have covered the E10 extensively. But we've got equally strong relationships with Caterham, Ariel, Radical and the other brands Zenos will be competing with when the E10 goes on sale.
That's as far as it goes though. No conspiracies. Just an interesting story about a car PHers would appear to have an interest in that we thought we'd like to follow as it develops. Shock horror!
Cheers,
Dan

A lot of blindness about today- the 4C for Crying out loud, its hideous! A total abortion of the finest Italian standard... someone will be long in a minute to sing the praises of the Morris Ital.article said:
Jumping in the next thing that strikes you is the amount of space in the cockpit. Even in SV form a Seven can be a squeeze for the more powerfully built track day fanatic - ditto a Radical - and not everyone is going to dig the uniquely thrilling sense of exposure you get in an Atom. The closest comparison is the Lotus 2-Eleven, which isn't entirely surprising given the backgrounds of the blokes who built it. Indeed, the mechanical layout and 2,300mm wheelbase matches that of the Elise platform, the Zenos broader in front track and a substantial 160mm wider than a 2-Eleven - more or less the width of that trademark extruded aluminium spine
I'm not entirely sure whether all that means it's spacious inside, or snug.Dan Trent said:

With styling apparently being so important to you, I would be interested to hear whether styling was a factor in choosing your own vehicles.I love the concept and I realise that cars like this are mainly about the driving experience, but for me the looks and sound (in that in-car video anyway) are utterly underwhelming. And if I were treating myself to a brand new dedicated track toy I would expect it to look and sound as good as it goes.
That said, maybe it's better in the flesh. I do sincerely hope it does well - there's little competition for track cars at that price point.
