Autotrader - Do the "sales advisers" exist?

Just wondered.

On clicking on certain Autotrader adverts, you'll get a sales adviser pop up with a picture and a name, on others you'll get no picture or name but a pop up nonetheless so that you can have an online conversation I assume.

However, there are some that have a picture but no name - are they just kidology? - i.e a smartly dressed professional looking person is just used as an "icon" that gives the impression of a smart garage but in reality is bombsite operation? If so, seems a bit underhand.
