My wife got flashed on the north section around junction 24/25ish in the roadworks a few months ago and she didn't receive a ticket either.

It will be interesting to see if the accident rate increases on these stretches as drivers brake hard when they see the flashes.

I remember years ago when the authorities said they would not put cameras on motorways just for that reason. Obviously somebody wants some easy money.
