Absolute legend of a driver!

Driving back from work yesterday there was an old-ish Renault Clio ahead of me. As we're going along at about 120km/h, I noticed something beginning to wobble on the side of the car and realised the drivers side window was coming loose!
I braked gently to put more distance between me and the Clio but before I knew it, the entire thing came off from the car. Amazingly the driver managed to catch it! Queue a bit of swerving on his part but he managed to pull off the road with this sheet of glass flapping away in the wind but he held it together and stopped the car without further incident.
I tried to get a photo but I was in flowing traffic and didn't want to crash myself but in my rear mirror I just saw the poor fella slump over his steering wheel appearing pretty shocked!
Either way, what a legend and a very valiant bloke keeping it all together! I've never seen anything like it!

I was following a white transit last year round the north orbital when a pidgeon flew in through the drivers side window but didn't come out the otherside. The guy managed to come to a halt without hitting anything, he was a legend.
