So we know the rear lights are Mondeo, but how about the front indicators/sidelights? Answer: Suzuki Cappuccino. Not a lot of people know that.

Caterham were misguided trying to get into the small sports coupe market as this was already covered well be a number of other manufacturers.
They should have stuck to what they were good at and carried on with just the 7, but perhaps looked at engineering ways of making it even better, (which to an extent they did) but a galvanized chassis frame, and full carbon fibre body work in place of the aluminium body work would have been a useful path to follow.

Hopefully the prices drop hard.
Just because you don't like it there's no need to resort to childish behaviour.

I think he was joking & hoping they'd drop so he could buy one.

I still have a brochure somewhere, I remember seeing one (a green one) for the first time when they came out at some car show in the Netherlands on the stand from the Dutch Lotus Dealer.

Always liked the 21 for looks, but not a fan of fixed side windows and indeed that roof, I like the 'coupe'race version, could be fun with 250+ or so hp.

they never made a LHD from those?

Bit of a bump, but I was at Goodwood on Saturday meeting up with a fellow PHer, and fairly sure I saw a red one of these being driven fairly enthusiastically.

Looked blooming lovely, but personally would scratch the Fisher Fury/Sylva Pheonix itch first...
