i remember when i was a nipper of 17 attending cruises or whatever in a dodgy hatch back, and the older boys, probably 30+ had them

cant think of the last time of saw one on the road

I have a Lotus Carlton too. I've only owned it a few months though.

I remember a story from back in the day of one being used as a getaway car by a ram raiding gang down south. The local plod called it a Vauxhall Vampire cos it "disappeared into the night" when they tried to chase it.
