Anything reasonably analogue and intersting will be a pretty good bet IMHO.
Nothing you've mentioned above will hold it's value in the slightest. Each one of these cars will appreciate significantly in value. 355's are going to go stratospheric, much like the 308/328's have done.

Standard and unmolested Saxo VTS's are sure to rise in value in the next 5 to 10 years i think. You don't see many on the road, a lot of them have been chavved up or crashed or turned into track cars, and they are similar to other last gen hot hatches (306 gti, clio sport etc.) that will become more sought after and desirable because they are simple good fun.

Recent performance is no guarantee for the future, but I agree with sentiment. Financial meltdown will whack all but the very special.

Had the monaro just over a year. Don't think it's lost a penny yet!

Classic mini's are doing ok. Long gone are the days where you can pick them up for £100.

Old Alfas.... in fact most "Old things" but not Marinas, Allegros & most BL stuff
Marinas, Allegros & most BL stuff are rising in value. There is considerable interest in them, though this may be less obvious here on Piston Heads than on enthusiast sites.

That's good news, as I understand it the Maxi was streets ahead of the competition at the time.

Alfa SZ/RZ. Been more or less static for years, now they're creeping up and are (almost?) eligible for import to the U.S, which can't hurt.

Old Fords - anything made before 1990 seems to be increasing in value.

10 years ago I would not have believed the Capri I'd bought could be an appreciating asset!

The Sapphire Cosworth thread makes me think they're due a rise in value too.

Though I sincerely hope not as I'd LOVE one but can't really do it jut yet.

Got no hard evidence to back this up, but Audi A2 prices seem to hold up fairly well.
