Cars that crackle, pop on overun?

Following the earlier thread about the new Porsche Boxter and the fake sounds it makes on the overun.

What standard cars naturally make that popping, crackling sound when you drive them hard?

I know the Ford Racing Puma makes a nice crackle on the overun, what other cars do?

From my own experience on standard exhaust systems, R53 Cooper S and mk2 Astra GTE 16v

I think the R53 Mini Cooper S did that. The later turbocharged ones did not.

Pretty sure mega squirt has a feature that will fuel on overrun

My old Caterham 7 HPC on Carbs (2 litre Vauxhall redtop with 175bhp) would spit foot longer flames on overrun!
