Part should of been here Wed, not arrived. So after no response to 2 x emails phone them.

PS. Oh yes dispatched and delivered.
Me. Not here, I'm starting to getting irritated now.
PS. Let me check and phone back.
PS. Oh part out of stock marked as delivered in error. We will try to get you a subsitute, will call you back this afternoon.

Not the end of the world I can do without the car for a few days but irritating none the less. I hate being buggered about and worrying (a bit strong concerned maybe) about anyone being about to receive the package (needs to be signed for)

Still if that's the worst thing that happens to me today shouldn't complain.

Shop elsewhere and tell them why? That's about all you can do really, but mistakes happen in any complex retail environment.

I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt at the moment, promised to have a resolution or refund by close of play today. Whatever happens I still won't have the part until mid next week now. frown

ETA. Sending out an upgraded part, no extra charge (Bosch instead of Fuel Parts). Still a P.I.T.A.

As an aside, has anyone used Brake Engineering stuff?
