Just a little place-holder for people who want to discuss the unit cost of cereal and milk, don't/can't/won't understand a thread title or moderation and so insist of being tw@twaffles.

My former mother-in-law couldn't get the understanding of the 99p shop that she insisted on going into once when visiting the UK for the first time.

"Is everything a dollar?" (Aussie)

"Yes, well 99p"

"Even that?"

"Yes"

"What about that?"

"Yes"

"That can't be a dollar surely"

"Look K******, EVERYTHING in this chav infested hellhole is 99p OK? Or thre for/two for. It's all 99p. Now can we please leave."
