Just watched the video. That must have caused some damage. Hopefully the idiot is taken to court.

I can't seem to play the video but even from the stationary picture I could tell where that was as my office is directly above. I shall keep an eye out for that BMW parked nearby.

I don't think it matters whether the driver had a disabled badge or not. If he's breaking a law, then he'll get a ticket. Having someone run over the car is still not a valid response to being illegally parked or I'll be rock climbing over delivery vans all day.
