I actually have a soft spot for the Figero too.
Maybe I imagined it, but I'm sure there was a Japan-only Micra years ago with both a supercharger and a turbocharger attached to a one litre engine!? That would be fun in a Figero, Micra running gear and all...
I saw one of them with that engine at the Classic show at the NEC the other day... my old man and I were wondering if that was the standard engine they fitted?

I don't like 911‘s but I do like 928‘s so I guess that goes against the flow.
Are you me?

Or indeed, me?
I still respect 911`s a lot but I have also always preferred the 928 though.
Looks like a bit of a queue forming here, lads - room for another on the end? smile

The original Japanese hot hatch, fast, loud and st but still fun
My old man had one of these in Australia as a hire car back in '92 I think, but it was called a Holden Barina and it was one of the sttest cars I've ever been in hehe

I actually think this looks as good as my old E46 3-Series:

I love the old Supertouring era saloons - and particularly the Vectra!

But I'd prefer this chassis...with a GM V8 conversion. evil

Like an old school Holden VT2 or VX... lovely! Only the odd one or two were imported though.

I probably don't even need to mention that I like Gen 2 Maserati Ghiblis lick ...

Panamera looks good in certain colours and is very good to drive. I have a soft spot for the Multipla and Skoda Yetis too.

I've developed a soft spot for the blow-up versions of small cars.

Mini Countryman and Fiat 500L MPW in particular.

For some reason I find them quite charming.

Normally I'd ask if it's just me, but in this case I'm pretty sure it is boxedin

I'd keep the Omega's exterior completely standard though; even down to those alloys (I think it looks elegant). evil

I nearly bought one in January 2012...I'll probably succeed at some point (yes; I have checked the classified's today!). whistle

I have always loved those too because they always used to show me a clean pair of heels when I had my Sierra XR4X4 and I always thought they were pretty sort after to be honest.

One of my early car lust memories was seeing a black E30 325 sport in Keswick. It had rather nice alloys, slightly lowered and tints. I can't remember how old I was but it has stuck with me so much that I nearly bought one off a lad I worked with a good few years ago despite having absolutely no mechanical ability. Dare I say it, I even prefer the straight line looks over the E30 M3.

This one I used to always come across was black too and very slighted modded but in a tasteful way and it has certainly made an impression on me. smile

Renault 16, preferably a TX. A mate's father had a metallic blue one back in the day - so comfortable and a bit eccentric even then.

As with most others on here, I've always had a soft spot for the Rover 75, and Chrysler Crossfire. I've always liked the Ford Scorpio as well - I remember it when it came out and thinking it looked cool...

I had an HSV VT and VX. Both came from HSV(UK) which was a subsidary of GIV owned and run by Rod Clausen. Rod semi-officially imported these from Aus. The cars were actually stamped HSV(UK). I actually got my VT from Talacrest who were one of the two (IIRC) appointed dealers.

Back in 2000, it was only Australians and petrol-heads who knew what these were. I once got a lot of head shaking and verbal stick from a bloke for "doing that to an Omega" hehe

Back on topic, I love the styling both exterior and interior of the Citroen C6. When I mention this to others, I very rarely find any agreement.

My Dad had 2 of them as company cars - one 1996/N-reg saloon and another 1999/T-reg facelift hatch. Both 2.0 GLS models; both did c125k miles in 3 years.

The first one was an early model and had some teething problems that were eventually traced to the wiring under the driver's seat (once that was sorted, we had no further reliability issues) and the other, apart from a faulty thermostat on day 1, needed nothing other than consumables (tyres, brakes etc.).

Much, much better cars than the lacklustre (and pig ugly) Mondeo that was forced on him afterwards.

Vauxhall Signum. Can't be many enthusiasts of those around but I love them.

Also another vote for the C1/Aygo/whateverthepugoneis. I had an Aygo courtesy car a while back and thought it was a fantastic little car.

The Cortina and MGB might have not been the best handling or performing cars in their day, but they were hardly "unloved" or even "unliked" - they were the biggest selling models around at the time!
Doesnt necesarily make them loved now tho...

I've got a strange desire to buy an Allegro, with the intention of ripping out the A-series engine and adding something much more entertaining in it's place..
I would actually go for the Allegro Vanden Plas with is pseudo Rolls Royce front grille & bits of stately home grafted to the interior! cloud9
