Here's my list:
1. Heated seats & steering wheel
2. A button to dim the multifunction display from the steering wheel (getting lazy reaching to the dash)
3. A sixth gear
4. Auto tailgate

You?

Well I have auto-lights, auto-dim mirrors, electric heated memory seats, an auto gearbox, electrically adjustable steering column, dual-zone climate control, 6 CD changer and an enormous electric sunroof.

So would it have killed them to throw in auto-wipers and complete the set?

Cruise Control. Had a Honda Jazz courtesy car today with it. On the flip side, the Jazz didn't have an armrest, clutch rest or 6th gear so even with the cruise was torture on the M6 today. Swings and roundabouts

Rear parking sensors, I used to have them on my Passat and found them really useful.

I now have a Volvo S60 and rear visibility isn't great.

I once wished I had a car with cruise control, so I bought one that had it. Now I've got it, I wish I had a car with adaptive cruise control hehe

Fully agree about the armrest, couldn't be without one of those again.

-Power hood

-Cruise control

-Cup holders

-V8

What possible excuse could there be for modern cars not having at least one cup holder?

I want a cup holder in an ergonomically sound position, capable of securely holding anything from a Red Bull to a Venti-size caramel hot chocolate.

I want a cup holder in a Caterham/ Westfield tbh.

Cup holders.....

That worked and didnt let whatever was in the cup holders fly out at the merest hint of acceleration or going around a corner.

Oh, and an extendable hammer so I didnt have to get out of my car to hammer sausages into lawns...

4 more cylinders.

A tractor beam.

A megaphone and forward facing light up sign board to tell the Skoda in front to hurry up or pull over out of the way.

Am I the only one not fussed about cup holders?

Any form of drinking in the car that doesn't involve plain water is barred, mind...
