Please God, please, please make him actually buy a car, or get an idea for a car and stick with it and spare us these tedious posts!

I do believe the 1.6 diesel isn't a good choice in such cars.

Clearly he isn't. He knows what car he wants, he just wants us to qualify it for him. Until he gets a thread with unanimous replies to this point, he'll be doing one of these threads every 4 days or so.

I cannot wait.

so which one do you recommend? and why isn't it a good choice.

I am reading all of your posts, but most of you are complaining so why would I even reply to you..

Ask yourself "Why may this be?", then come back to us.

Please stop clogging up our forums with the same new thread over and over again.

Soltuion to your dilema: buy whatever one you want most. You're getting a small engined, slow shopping trolley - theres not much to discuss on them.

How about taking your own advice and not posting? One thread, ONE thread was enough for this question, not 5.

Have the schools kicked out early for Christmas or something?

OP, in the goodness knows how many other threads you've posted (someone has kindly done what I couldn't be bothered to do and list them!) on very similar subject grounds, you've received the advice you should need. Which you've chosen to ignore, which is fine. What is pissing people off is you returning to ask the same question, over and over, starting a new thread each time.

To quote "It gets boring".

With that, to quote, "Aahm ooot".

Haven't spoke about most of these cars which I have posted on my original post of this topic.

Then ask the question about these cars on one of the previous 4 threads! Seriously, if it needs explaining....

It's the Peugeot/Ford DV6 engine. There are 8 valve and 16 valve versions. The engine was the number 1 item for mechanical failure in last month's Car Mechanics magazine. That feature also included dual mass flywheels and all the other things attached to modern cars. They chose the DV6 engine specifically to be the biggest problem. Worth looking into if you want a car with that engine.

Do we really have to endure a new thread every four days on which cheap diesel hatchback you might possibly buy "6-7 months" from now?
You were more subtle than me hehe
