Someone who lives near me has a 3 Series M Sport in Estoril Blue with Coral Red leather. I like the paint colour and the leather colour. I guess the two combined together is a bit of a love it or hate it Marmite choice.

I always look at those sort of colour combos and think that there must have been some mistake on the options form.
My friend's Touring is in the same colour combination - definitely an interesting choice but he loves it
They're both equally bright so they sort of work together. Unless you dive into the BMW Individual options you can only have sports seats in black, Oyster (which is pale cream and a no, no with jeans) and Coral Red. I'm all for something interesting and colourful over something boring like everyone else has as a safe option. Everyday I park next to a black Touring with red seats. That's a Sport model, not an M Sport.

Thanks all, really useful feedback. The Merc would be an option if you could get it in AWD here.

Cheers,

Don't buy a 3-series Touring without looking at the brand new Merc C-class estate as well. Good value and bang up to date.
I'd also be looking at the 3GT as an alternative to the Touring. It costs about £1300 more (or it did in late 2013) but it's a lot bigger in both the back seats and the boot.

Interesting! Hadn't even considered that. Less than £1000 different for a 330 xdrive Msport.

Part of the LCI updates, which I can't see being too far off.
