Hello again,

You've been a busy lot while I was having my lunch biggrin

APHarris - Welcome smile. From what I can see the first requests are truck tyres which I'm afraid we don't sell...
The 235/70R16s we have a pretty good selection of smile Go here http://pistonheads.tyregiant.com/235-70-16?sort=pr... and pick your faves and I'll see if there is any room in the price for a bit of a discount wink

chauspain & Oggs - Cool smile I do have Michelin Pilot Super Sports in 205/45R17 but these are the last 8. PSSs are like bloody hens teeth, so if you want em, grab em quick! I have loads of Sport Contacts 3s and 5s... Let me know what you prefer - the full range we carry is available here: http://pistonheads.tyregiant.com/205-45-17?sort=pr... have a look and see if anything takes your fancy and I'll have a look at the prices and see f there is any room in them smile

DannyScene - LOL we aim to please mate wink

Cheers

Travis

Travis

I queried stock of Super Sports with a contact at Michelin and they stated they're not expected in the 265/30R20 I'm after until mid-late March, and that unless orders are in then that date might not be met as the allocation may all go to previous orders.

I'm at the point where I want to get some ordered even if it's not for delivery till late March, so could do with a price for these (delivered only) in short order. Have found them online for about £208 currently.

Cheers

Adrian

Hi Travis
I did send you an email earlier, not sure if you got it or not?
Anyway, I'm after Michelin Pilot Super Sports as well 2 x 235/35/19 and 2 x 265/35/19. The rears are listed on your site but not the fronts, can you supply both these sizes?
Thanks
Anthony

Travis,

I did drop you an email - can you sort out a code for my Michelin Pilot Super Sports (RS6 Avant).

Audi are fixing my TPMS today and replacing the broken bit, so I need to get the tyres on ASAP... smile

Are you able to supply these sizes?

Apologies if you've already emailed me, but I don't appear to have received a response yet.

Evening Gents,

Sorry if I have been a bit absent today, only just back to my keynoard now frown Will quickly answer all now, though some will be getting proper answers tomorrow once everyone is back in and I can chase people up.

antspants - Sorry for the delay getting this answer to you. Michelin do make the PSS in your sizes, but we have none of the fronts - from what I have learned so far, neither does anyone else in the UK frown The buyer, who I havent been able to follow up with today is trying to find me a couple on the continent for you. We do have the rears, I'll send you pricing tomorrow along with more feedback on the fronts smile

Lord Grover - Apologies you got bumped. I can't ask why at the moment as Customer Services have gone home, but will try to get clarity for you tomorrow. I expect it will be that you are geographically distant from the warehouse that had your tyres and we couldn't shift them to your fitter quickly enough to guarantee your chosen slot. This happens sometimes if we have low stock, and the stock we do have is in only one depot... 500000 tyres at anyone time is quite the logistics exercise, but I still find these occurrences frustrating, because I know you do too. I will have a look at your order and see if I can discount it for your trouble.

Falsey - No your not missing anything. We have several public facing sites most with similar or identical pricing, no choice there, we actually reprice everything twice or sometime three times daily to remain competitive with the competition - the difference here is - and to be fair the 11 pages of this thread kind of back me up here - PHers get direct access to the owner of the business (that's me wink) who pushes through 'freinds and family' type rates by issuing vouchers... The other difference with TG versus PH Tyres is that I give the owners of Pistonheads, Haymarket a cut on each tyre I sell to help keep the community going.

Were the goodyears something you need or just an example for your post? - I can have a look and see if I can get you a deal on them if they are what you are after...?

timetex - sorry, I must have missed the email - I get so much SPAM and when the PMs come in from PH they don't have the word Pistonheads or anything in the sender, so I have deleted a couple previously thinking they were part of the spam deluge I get frown I will get the voucher made up in the morning for you smile

Butterface - same as above I think - sorry about this. I can see I need to come up with a better plan for this going forward as this keeps happening. Let me get you a price first thing tomorrow.

Good night gents,

Travis

No problem, I've done a bit of searching and both Camskill and Black Circles are listing them for delivery within a couple of days. Camskill delivery only is £746 and Black Circle £822 fitted. The advantage with the latter being one of the fitter options is a Toyota dealer less than 50 yds from my office, so very convenient.

Just let me know if you can source them, timescale, and fitters on or near Pride Park, Derby.

Thanks.

Morning all,

First off - a bit of news. Several of you have asked about a better range of Toyos. We have been working to increase this and hope to have an additional 400 tread patters from Toyo on site over the course of the next month. If you are after them in the meantime and cannot yet see them on the site, drop me a PM and I'll run the order through manually smile

OK one by one as usual - if anyone PMs me and I fail to respond, please post here as I seem to frequently miss or fail to get the PMs :S

AdrianE - Sorry about this - I'm giving up on the guys I was waiting for - I'll email you later today with progress elsewhere.

scjgreen - I have 25 different tread patterns for this size. http://pistonheads.tyregiant.com/205-45-16
Looking through I quite like the Conti Sport Contact 2s... Not sure your thoughts? I can do these at £90 fully fitted, so more expensive than the Falkens, but a considerably better tyre. A mid range alternative at similar money to the Falkens would be Sailun ZS+ which I can do for £46 fully fitted... Don't be put off by the name - Sailuns are well made tyres from a good company... PM me your thoughts and I'll sort you out with a discount code smile

Butterface - Can I just check those sizes please, as 224/40R17 is a really rare size - so rare in fact I have nothing at all in my stock file for it...

timetex - Discount code emailed to you just now - ready to use in about 15 minutes smile

Lord Grover - I have dropped you an email smile

Have a good day,

Travis

Hi Travis, sent you a message last week but it looks like you might have missed it going by how many are after tyres at the minute! hehe
Can you get Fedima tyres at all? The buggy is going to need a pair or more of their Evo Extreme's in 235/70R16 shortly.
