That Civic looks like a bargain to me, always had a soft spot for those. The 19 is lovely too but for me the Civic just edges it.

Ref the Covin 911.

Why would you spend 2 years building a car, drive it 800 miles and park it up for 25 years ?

Bizarre....or just sellers BS ?

If I built a car I'd be too terrified to drive it, not sure I'd be willing to sell it either unless I was leaving the country the next day. Although after 25 years most of the superglue and tape would be significantly weaker than when I applied them so I'd just have to scrap it.

Nice Alfa 75 LE that I fancy myself. Think its a bit expensive myself or they must have gone up in value.

Maybe not quite retro yet, but certainly cool.
Aren't those things basically a Skyline R32 or R33 estate? smile

That's what I thought but this one has a v6. Maybe only the earlier versions have the skyline lump.

Not sure how I feel about this, other than that it seems expensive.

Nutter alert, but looks like a nice car.

Potentially ruinous, but charming nonetheless. Could be rather nice with some TLC.

I had a child-like reaction to that car. There's something about old Mercs that makes me want to put myself in financial danger.

For Christ's sake don't go on the Barge 1-5 thread then, about 2 in 3 cars posted there are old Mercs.

(It's my favourite thread!)

This has a Citroen 3L V6 in it.

ruined a Goodwood edition or excellent sleeper ?

Also has Magnesium wheels on it,potentially dodgy as they age badly.

I'm not really in either camp. I quite like it and it definitely has its positives, but I'd prefer it standard.
