Fair enough. Isn't that a 2.8 Injection (not a 2.8i)? Don't recall an 'S'. Nice car.
That really is ace!! My Dad had a 2.3 which I can remember us flying up and down the M6 (?) in regularly. Mum at the time had a lowly gold 2.0 which even I remember did not fly!

Still a two Granada family isn't to be sniffed at.

The Auto lever seems to go left and right rather than forward and back.

The Citroen SidewaysMatic?

I'd rather have the saloon, but the estate is rather fab too. My choice would be a crystal green 2.8 Ghia or Ghia X with brown interior like the one my dad bought back in '81.

He had it a couple of years and replaced it with an E28 5 series. The BMW 5 managed a lot more power from the same size engine so was much quicker than the Granada, but in most other ways it wasn't as good! I look back on the Granada more fondly now. It was a much more comfortable car and better quality. I still like the E28 though.

The first one will not appear.
Driving a replica is a way of saying that you wish you had a real one! That's my problem! I also dislike recreations of classics, like the Singer 911 and Eagle E-type
fair play - you are consistent then. I agree I'd love to have either a GT40 (1st pic is a GTD40) or a Stratos but as I'm exceedingly unlikely to ever own one a (GOOD!) kit is the next best option... also means I could add in bit that I'd like in a car without butchering an original

There is a massive variation in the quality of replica and kit cars. Some of them are genuinely nice; some absolute horrors.

I love the SM, but I'm not sure I'd want that SM!

Right there with you. It would have to be the estate.

It's a manual. The auto was pretty conventional looking.

Looks like it's been in a very wet environment. Can't think it'd be a bargain at any money.

I'm with dbdb on this. I love those cars, but that one would give me nightmares.

1984 'B' BMW 520i,one family owned since new. Currently has a MOT until November 2015. Car has both sets of keys inc the purse key. The family have maintained the car and comes with all its service history. It has been fitted with a few factory extras inc tilt and slide sunroof, mudflaps, electric ariel and electric windows both front and rear. It has all its original literature and handbooks.

The sapphire blue paintwork is original and has aged well, the interior is free from damage and rear seats are as new!. The carpets have been covered with genuine mats.

B461PNF has covered a mere 90,000 miles and can be confirmed by Vosa. The five speed gearbox operates well and the drivetrain is super quiet. This 'carriage' is ready to use and enjoy. Please view pictures and viewings are very welcome and advised. I have priced the car according to condition and miles. I am based in Lancashire OL12.
Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions or to arrange a viewing.
Thank you

Would never own a kit car! I would much rather drive a ford focus than a hawk stratos
