26k miles!

Loved these when they were current.
I know what you mean. I found it amazing that Volvo who were famed for producing safe large vehicles suddenly produced a highly styled 3 door like this.

First thought when I saw that was "He's gone nuts, that's never in thread budget." Clicked the link and it turns out you've not gone mad, yet if this said Ford Escort on the back it would be 5 times that price. Apart from the rotary, what's the catch?

ETA: just wiki'd it, not rotary so just a simple engine.

I know nothing at all about them aside from it's a nice looking old thing.

How about a Lotus Eclat http://www.carandclassic.co.uk/car/C498991

Interior is too "loud" for me.

70s retro wheels though.

So how come that NSU is half the price of the others on 'car&classic' ? Also it's in Ireland, isn't there some tax issue with that ?

I'd have to make this a TTS replica if I owned it - sod the originality

Ripe for some turbo brick action. Half leather heated seats, lashings of walnut with windy windows all round and in bright red. Perfect.
