My old boss on undergrad student placement (I was 20 or so, he was 23ish) had a GT6. Great spanner-y things to tinker with. Fortunately at that age it was comparatively easy to crawl in and out of, not sure about nowadays!
Well engine access is certainly good thumbup

If I were remotely technical I would love that.
at that price you could learn how to be technical... I suspect a hammer, flate-head screw-driver and adjustable spanner would see you good for most of the jobs! Lovely
Indeed, a nice little project for the home tinkereryes
I'm utterly clueless sadly. Maybe I'll buy a few books and get it anyway. scratchchin

Since last autumn I've had 3 blokes leave their phone number (no, not like that!) wanting to buy my XR4x4i. I really dunno what to do for the best, it does need work doing and I need something more modern to drive, but it seems to be appreciating at a % rate faster than a Chelsea mews apartment!

To be fair, 1 chap did ask "if it was a Cosseh" so he doesn't really count.

Good going!

But yeah, not the bloke who thought it was a 'Cosseh'.

"Grey, vgc, red leather interior. 6 former owners,FSH.
123k miles. Mot: December 2015.
This car is almost a "modern classic" and its value will start going up very soon like it's happening with all Porsche 924-944-928-964...not to mention the crazy market of the various 911s. The Boxster is at the bottom of its depreciation curve, buying a cheap Boxster now will result in a profit for the buyer as well as providing an exciting and still modern transport. "

You squeeze it to pump up the inflatable lumbar support. Press the button on the end to let the air out and deflate it.
Thanks. I thought it might be, but didn't realise it was a flexible hand pump type deal.

I'm surely alone, but I think this with the spoiler in the bin and in a fantastically deep green would be fking incredible.
