banded wheels make it look really purposeful - love it. If only it were the estate version....
Not a 12/50, but still a lovely looking thing

Always wanted a 480 in the 90s. That looks like a nice one.

Approaching 5k yikes That interior takes me back. MkI Fiestas and miniMetros were the cars to have when I passed my test.

I've watched this subject since it started and I have finally weakened. I've thrown in a bid for this:

I have wanted a 405 for ages and this just appeals, hopefully I get it. I'm already looking for a new front bumper and mi-16 wheels smile

£330 with 12 month ticket. Happy with that smile. Hope it doesn't go any higher. I think you should have stayed schtumm until the auction was over, though.

Much to like here. Lots of work done. Almost certainly yours for less than 3k. Delightful.

I had a NA diesel 405 estate as a company car about 20 years ago.

It was pitifully slow but supremely comfortable.

What an awesome looking car.

What a shame it's only 115bhp.
What a shame it's in Romania.

Been fir sake forever, but I do kind of like it. If the folded roof tucked under a hatch at the back it would be awesome.

Almost certainly a bit crap, but somehow appealing too.

Still the best car I have ever had despite spending much more money. I can't believe these are still knocking out for £3k, its been a future classic since it was born. I would love to throw a few quid at one but I don't have the room and don't want to disappoint my abiding memories.

Not the best example for this thread, but 'alternative' enough advert to be worth a look. link 1 of 6 in this colour and at £900 it doesn't seem to bad if you like your Volvos yellow.

I love T4s but a bit nervous about this one. It keeps turning up for sale. Every time I look for T4s an ad for this one always comes up. It might be a different one with the same blanked grill and 1 of 6 colour and same aftermarket wheels, but I doubt it.

Bag that for around £750 and it's a bit of fun for a year.

This I really want:

Ahhhh I can almost smell that. Reminds me of my old RX-7. Japanese cars have a comforting smell for me. Yes I'm weird like that.. Love this.

I'm inclined to agree: it really does look ace. But that particular car still looks a bit strong to me at £3k with 170k miles on the clock and a Cat C against its name.
