I'd quite like a go in one of these little pocket rockets.
Yeah! The first one in the thread!
Not worth the money, you used to see lots of Starbo's in Ireland. They have a solid rear axle so as you can imagine getting the power down is very hit and miss on anything other than a billiard smooth surface. Probably had the highest ratio of single vehicle accidents, car left the road, of any car over there.

£5k seems far too much to me too. I used to have a starlet turbo (not the glanza but a later '95 model) bought and sold it for around £3k and that was around 5 years ago.

That E30 <3 Very tempting and easy to cherish something in that condition.

Feel like I missed out on the 4x4 405: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Peugeot-405-GRx4-Estate-... £450 seems a bargain. My internet played up when bidding was ending but I only put in £360 anyway because it would be worth that in scrap value alone.

Buying my first home soon which has a double driveway and is a corner plot so this thread will become more dangerous once I move in. No garage though so may avoid something as nice as that E30.

Saw an estate version of this yesterday, I can't remember when I last saw one. My friends Dad had a new one when I was I was about 10. Which was probably the last time I saw one laugh

That is excellent. Glad to see cars like this being looked-after and not going to the banger racing mobs.

That looks great.

And this. Maybe I need to rethink the Spitfire/MGB Roadster idea.

EDIT

I love these too, but that just looks too cheap, I'm guessing you would easily go over budget buying into that.

Look at this stunning '80s Celica Supra! The best I've ever seen, usually they are full of rust. I'm sure the price could be talked down to £4-something...

Yes I think the thread definition was older than 10 years and/or interesting. Shame it's an auto but then maybe that is how it's survived this long without being barried.
