Ever driven a 106? They are fab. That is a great find.
Yep, I have one!

It doesn't stop me wanting one more though.

I'm loving that 504 coupe, although as I can't speak any Dutch I can't figure out if it's a lemon or not.

Still, for just shy of £2,200 it's worth a trip over.

Well its out of budget and I shouldn't like it but....

I think that is awesome (as my daughter would say)
That is fking fabulous. I never thought Fuch's would suit an old Saab but that looks lovely...

World of pain waiting for the next owner of that Cosmo - who's going to be brave enough to buy it?

Go to google translate, knock up an email through there in Dutch asking some questions, last line is do you speak English? Chances are they do, sleazy jet flight over and cruise back in your new car. Simple biggrin

Nice photos, you can see where it'll need sorting.

That is a properly lovely thing and credit to the obsessives owning it latterly. I had one in metallic black as I couldn't secure an OG one. Strange how its so iconic in that colour given green is normally a kiss of death. Never seen one with full leather before.

That GTI is stunning- there can't be many left in that condition. Beautiful.

Is it wrong to like this?

35K, £1295.

clicky

At 90BHP/TONNE, it should still be fun.
Nice. What's the 1.4 engine like? Driven the 1.6 and 1.5D but never the 1.4. Bet that's actually great fun, in a "fling it around and never be in danger of losing your licence" old-skool sort of way.

Some lovely old Peugeots - I really like the cars they made in the 1970s. The 504 is described as a 1972 in the advert, but must be an earlier car. For the '72 model year, the gearstick moved to the floor and the handbrake was re-sited between the front seats.

I just came across this

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/171832234110

which I'd love but I daren't buy another car.

I'm unsure on it's value but I'd hope it ends within thread budget.

Trust me, it isn't. I did many many miles in a bread van Polo in my youth. Horrible cockroaches of the road.

That Polo breadvan looks tidy, but it's surely priced about double what it's worth? Tidy G40s don't fetch much more.
