The 3.8 M116 engine is a solid one and you won't face any serious issues. Parts are cheap and freely available at breakers.
The gearbox is also very hardy and I wouldn't expect any grief for a very long time given it's mileage.
It would probably be the most reliable car you've ever owned but it will drink the juice whilst doing so.
