Is that the correct front bumper.
It doesn't look right to me.
No. Looks like the optional (dealer fit) RS kit to me.

Two batches of photos, one in a rag and bone man's yard and the other outside a Scottish council house in the p*ssing-down rain; that's really doing it for me - shouldn't this be in the 'horrors in the classifieds' thread?

I am not much for Mercs, or for white cars, but for this I am having the likeage.
Old school Benzs are one of the few cars that can carry off white. A 280E W114 with a column change and a blue MB-Tex interior in 'de man from del monte' white - yes please!

No, you're not. The theme tune came to mind as soon as I saw that.

My wife had the exact same colour and spec car as that as her first car, but her's had a Factory fit electric sunroof also. It had 155000 miles on when we got rid of it and was a clean if not cleaner than this car.

Getcha trahsers on son, ya nicked!

£4K is probably not out of the way for one of those in good nick, and that looks surprisingly not like a pile of dust.

I wrote off a BX when I was 18 on the way back from a date (with the girl in the car). Some old dude jumped a set of lights that I was going through and I punted him up the road in his Rover 111. Needless to say I didn't get a blowie that night rolleyes

Maybe a bit too yellow for me.
The yellow makes that more desirable.

That shade on a CE like the white one on this page would be awesome.

Such a shade would be illegal on a modern Mercedes - but Mercedes had a glorious choice of colours back in the 70s and 80s.
