Bloody hell! A minidisc changer how obsolete, I can imagine spending a lot of free time on ebay getting some discs and a writer just so that I could play my music that way.
I once bought a Mk3 Golf GTI 16v for £150 as a temporary snotter and it had an MD player in it. I borrowed a minidisc off a friend (which took some doing to find someone who actually had some) and it worked perfectly. When I scrapped the Golf a few months later I ripped out the player and got £38 for it on Ebay. Together with weighing the thing in it meant I actually made money on the deal.
Awesome! I've had a wee look on ebay and the recorders and discs are quite cheap for such rare items.

I've got visions of recording my vinyl to minidisc so that i could play it in a period changer through the car. I think this has to be the most hipster sentence I have ever uttered getmecoat

All a moot point as I cannot afford the car in question smile

I collected the new steed today. Got home fine, then went for another drive and ran out of fuel, turns out the gauge is not accurate!

My Fiance came to view it but hasn't seen it today or been in it yet as I collected with a mate and dropped it home but am now staying at the in laws tonight so she will get a ride in it tomorrow!

The car is definitely an 'it' to me though, I have never understood why some people give cars a gender, but theres another thread for that argument!!!

I didn't know Yoda owned a BMW, or that he was dyslexic.

In a similar vein - only a 730i, but much cheaper:

I like that, and for £1250 a lovely bargain barge.

I remember when these came out in 86/87 they had such presence and still do, always really like these and I don't think they are over complicated so quite cheap to maintain unless your talking 750i, but the 6cyl 730i/735i are quite straight forward.

Two of those or one god-awful MGB.

Tough choice.
