He was a cheeky fecker and said your Merc looked ghey, Lowtimer. Very spacious, that boot, as I stopped at a trucker place on the A1 when heading back south, and did the usual with a couple of the standard issue hookers. I had to cut the bodies up a bit, but they both fitted in. What was that recommended stain remover, again?

Amazing for the money! Best wheel trims ever in my eyes too but that might be rose tinted from my parents one.W00DY said:

Pah! What manner of spendthrift spaffs a whole 5K on an old car when you can get one for a bag of sand? I had a jolly weekend jaunt up to Maccam Land to collect me thousand quid late 80s Beemer. I will write the car up in Readers' Sheds after I've done some work to pay for the buggah.
That certainly doesn't look its age, well done Mr.BV72 sir! If I wore a hat I'd be doffing it in your general directiuon.(Minus five points though for managing to use 'wantage' on PH before me, I've been meaning to drop it in deftly somewhere for a while now ).

Is your BMW lower on the right hand side or did you accidentally wear the wife's wooden leg when you went to pick up the car?As a rather offbeat choice does anyone fancy a reasonably-sized Yank?
