10K reward for its recovery. Reg plate N40 SKU although may have different plates now. Please call police if you see it, or any similar.

Sorry to hear that man, hopefully the scum bags will be caught and treated accordingly. As suggested maybe a few better pics might help. Hope you get it back, fairly distinguishable seeing an R34.

It's the poor lad's pride and joy, worth 47K, they also stole cash and jewellery from the house, total value of 150K. They're the best pics I've got im afraid frown

I'll keep an eye out , hope he gets it back. I would guess you couldn't sell it very easily , to be honest its probably being stripped for parts right now.

Gutting. Hope it gets recovered. Being fairly distinctive the odds are high and it's not the sort of car usually stolen to order never to be seen again.

This is where social media comes in handy as it's been shared around Facebook like wildfire. The thing I can never fathom is that this car, like the yellow Mk2 Escort that was stolen from Chrinside recently, was driven away and over some fairly significant distances and is a very obvious car... even to non-petrolheads, therefore it just seems crazy that nobody has seen it / found it and the Police can't utilise the hundreds of CCTV cameras to trace it?

Gutted for the guy, hope he gets it back relatively unscathed then gets a big dog to rip the nuts from the next person who thinks about entering his home with no authority, hell bent on making his life a misery.

These people are the lowest form of crap ever... and I think that as soon as somebody enters your house unlawfully, all rules are null and void and should you wish to then set about said intruder with a length of scafolding tube, then game on. If they end up brain dead... well, shouldn't have been there in the first place.

but you have to make sure the body looks like it was heading into the property,if you let it look like he was running away you get done for it.

Would he not be better off claiming on his insurance? Presumably a car with that amount of money dumped into it would be insured on an agreed value policy, so he should get his money back in short order.

I don't think that's really the point. This car means a lot more than money to him.

Not much of a consolation though when the owner would probably rather have the car back, especially if a replacement to a similar condition/spec might be extremely difficult to source.

This theft was fairly local to me, hope the car is found, undamaged.

I'm sorry, but £10K reward!?! For that i'd expect the car back and the thieves hands aswell.

Was the car not insured or something?

Tragic, hope it is found soon and the culprit(s) hanged by their nutsack

Some people would rather recover the car as it's their P&J.
