I'll bet that neither look quite the same now as they did in the 80s when that photo was taken....
She still has that hairstyle
I'm not too sure, bearing in mind that this is an old publicity photo from the 1980s, I'd think the chances are that she's a few stone heavier, a bit more wrinkly, and a set of teeth that are like stars.

The Mini has probably long since rusted away......

The car (or an identical one, if you're being picky) is sitting in my garage and doesn't look much different from that pic.

No idea what has happened to 'Miss Mini 25'. I'm guessing she was 25 when that pic was taken, which would make her 55 now. Perhaps we need a really classy 'car birds of the 70's and 80's - where are they now?' thread? Could start with this lady...

This looks terrific. Can you confirm these are BBS RC090 or BMW Style 5 please?

Did they fit without modification, and is the car at approx. the standard ride height?
They are BBS RC090 BMW Style 5 2 Piece Split rim Alloy wheels 17x8. Look flipping fantastic on the car, whilst not being too big. Fit straight on a standard car with standard ride height. Only issue is the centre caps won't fit on due to Jag hub design.

Possibly buddy, I don't worry too much what people think of me. They are great cars to drive.

I get stopped fairly often since the changes to ask why it sounds like it does (equal length headers and the exhaust) and it seems to get more positive comments than negative ones.

Anyway lets just keep enjoying our classics beer

The RX-7 has kept him so poor he hasn't had chance to save enough to buy a skyline.....

Alternatively he's still skylinecrazy after owning a few.....

I like Skylines, and I bought an RX. Not changed my user since I joined the forum.

Thanks for the kind words! I plan to keep it looking standard and upgrade all of the mechanical parts.

My old toy was built in 1916.

It even spent some time as a circus car and a pig racer the poor thing! (One lap of the track, stop, pick up a pig, another lap, stop, kick out pig, finish race.)
Thank you so much for that, I had never heard of that branch of motorsport - what a brilliant event to watch on Christmas Day!
