How do you tell someone to turn their lights on?

Such a simple, sensible idea!

Megane doesn't do this (dim the dials in the dark) - however they need to be lit up during the day and this becomes far too bright during the night, forcing you to put your lights on unless you want to be blinded by your own dashboard
