£154,000 for an M4? Bit rich for my blood.

Fail.
It's an M4 GTS, and we all know the going price of those
That's the cheapest one ive seen advertised...! Had a deposit down on one for two and a half years and still didn't get one...! Only 30 UK cars... but still £22K over list, but that will sell... The fastest ever factory production BMW car ever...!
Crikey didn't realise they were knocking on the door of 500bhp !!

What are those bidders smoking? They're either shills or it's some really good stuff!

1. Buy/build/steal a Mexico rep.

2. Add 5 grand chassis number.

3. Sell 'genuine' mk1 Mexico.

Yup especially as the original purchase price was 130kish

That said it's almost rude to turn down that kind of profit so I can see why.

It may not last but Porsche have definitely had their own mkt for the last two years .
Personally I'd be selling exclusive pork now and banking the cash before the ship sails

Seriously?

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Porsche-928-GTS-rare-man...

Cayman starts sub £40k

Boxster just under £42k

911 just under £77k

Why would anyone pay £65k for a 120k mile 928.

Can't say I know the market but for a mint manual example it doesn't seem astronomical to me.

I enjoy reading this thread but normally hold back from contributing. However, I just couldn't resist this:

The centre console having been turned into a facsimile of a walnut cocktail cabinet doesn't convince either.

£82,0000 ?

What about this little wonder! laugh

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1991-Nissan-Figaro-1-0T-...

I've been looking at them as a family member has one to put up for sale, and they'd be delighted with a 10th of that price!

Friend of mine bought what he thought was a fairy rare Bentley . He's now decided after a year to sell it and can't get rid for love no money .

Bentley have to be the worst cars for depreciation

I will need to double check so don't shoot me just yet but pretty sure he has a Bentley continental supersports.

I know of someone who paid 186k for a Bentley convertible 18 months ago , has done 12k miles and the bid from the same dealer for him to PX was 105k

I still think Amg do depreciate badly yes but maybe the Bentley has totally blitzed that !

The guy with the supersports has been trying to sell it privately for a few months now but no joy

He's local to me.

Wish he had an open showroom. Would be entertaining to pop in!
