Just £34990
I think I'd want one with the LSD for that money
I just can't believe how much the advert talks up such a specialist cars features/charming drawbacks - surely anyone in the market for one would know all that?

And to rub salt in the wounds a very similar dealership is the one who sold my Audi to me and it went wrong very quickly. Not to mention they lied to me about it (and the statistical information itself) and scammed me out of a p/x. Had a lot of dodgy Ferraris, Joe's 1999 rusty Focus and a new Bentley next to each other. Basically motorhub. Dreadful showoffs, grabbing the new Aston to look posh and ragging my car on a p/x drive.

This place seems very similar to that (but I promise it isn't this place!)

Avoid at all costs.

Behind the 4.6 star AT rating is a very dodgy background upon further research..

That's what they all do.

They tell you it's an investment - 'one to put away'
and then tell you all the propaganda about when the car was new, about the marque.

Very little about the 30 year old example they are selling. Absolutely zero about service history or maintenance. But then again they are hoping the victim buyer doesn't actually drive it but just sticks it in a garage.

Even then that Corolla is a total rustbucket. MOT- 2006 says that there is light corrosion forming on the inner sill pans. Since then no effort has been made to even stop it, and it has spread over time to the

inner AND outer sills (pretty severe)
suspension
chassis
springs
floorpan
ARB's
fuel pipe
steering rack

and so on... rolleyes

Total heap o ste, just like I guesses judging the dealer...

Sorry but I have to ask, how did they scam you out of a part exchange?

Was it an Audi R8 by any chance.
I remember reading a thread on here about one.
Maybe I'm adding 2 and 2 together and getting 5.

It would be good if an interested 'victim' 'phoned them and pointed out that if it's such a good investment the seller should hang on to it biggrin

A 6 year old 'Aston Martin' with 54k miles for £20k?
It may be worth that but it's a complete joke that someone would pay it.

Anything from the below. Think he wants to take over from 4star smile

But 77k for an Escort Cosworth is just plain stupid. They weren't all that good to start with(standard, anyway). Everything on his site can go in the list too.

If I had the means, I'd put an offer in on that Cosworth. It really is a one-off in so many ways. Sadly doesn't have the leather interior.

When an Integrale with loads more mileage is up for more it seems ok with only 2500 miles on the clock

Ok it is one of the 16 UK cars but it is a big price to pay.

Or maybe I am just out of touch.

A Sunny GTi-R must be the bargain buy of these rally reps nowadays. They did very well in comparison tests with the Ford and Lancia and are still a fraction of the price in comparison. They must be due a price rise soon I reckon.

Friend worked for NME prepping them for Llewellyn/Makinen and the standard road car was way ahead of the other 2 as standard...... ( apart from the brakes! )
