Tuning impressive. However it looks like a dogs dinner. 25k, no thanks.
Agreed. I thought it was an old barry'd Escort from the front.

I wouldn't be seen dead in it, sorry boxedin

That wheelbase is far too long to be an Astra. Makes the chopped up Volvo pick ups I see every day look professional by comparison.

This car has been totally restored over the years the last 5 of which has sat in garage with a cover on.
... deteriorating again, I guess, including that trick suspension he seems so proud of.

Check Australia and parts of Asia, they're cheap here.

Also leasing in the Netherlands is 2 or 3 times the price as in the UK. We don't get it too bad over here

To be fair a UZ32 with active suspension is the second least produced Toyota after the the GT2000 so its got potential.

I'm on the lookout for a nice one

Must agree with "Flickers" Escorts were only just ok when new, most of those surviving will have been very rusty at some point. Silly prices, but we only see asking prices!

How much is a 4,700 mile 1990 Bentley Turbo-R worth? This one is armour-plated but even so the price of £95,000 seems just a little on the high side.

ROFL at that T5 price. That's a "I don't want to sell it but 'er indoors made me put it on the market" price if ever I saw one.

The reason why it's 8 grand is that it's guaranteed never to leak or hold water whatsoever. It'll never rust. No, never. I mean it.
