Oh no that's mental. It more than twice what is should be.

This is what $75k should be:

Thanks for clarifying. I knew that Australia tends to have higher prices than the UK for used cars but I wasn't sure of the reasonable level for that car.

That does seem stupidly highly priced

You would have to be mental to pay those prices for a 25/ZR in 2016. The V8's being rather rare and sought after is fine but z bloody old 25 is not worth it at all. Even with 5 miles on clock. Interior is so so dated. Build quality is terrible. God, I'm having flash backs lol.
I'm genuinely contemplating giving the dealership a call just to ask them about the prices, it's ludicrouslaugh
Crack on. I'd love to hear the response
I don't think the Perodua's he has will be going anywhere very soon either
£2750
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2011-61-Perodua-MYVI-1-3...

£5495
http://www.hursleyhillgarage.co.uk/used/perodua/my...
That's barking. You could put the Rover thing down to some kind of weird patriotic fetish but a 5 year old Perodua?! For another £500 you can have a brand new car with a warranty and everything!

Now sold apparently!

Triumph TR5 - a TR6 but with a prettier body, but is it worth 100% more?
Absolutely. The resemblance of a classic style, neater grille, smoother engine & relative rarity. Makes the TR4 look budget & plain & the TR4A a half-way house.
I still carry the memory of a pale yellow TR5 regularly parked outside the old Pier Approach swimming baths in Bournemouth during most summers. My dream classic sports car then & now, & I've owned Sprites Tigers & Alpines & driven many miles in E-Types & Aston Martins.

Mental. I bought a 57 plate 1.8 petrol with full history, 12 months MOT, 57k miles for £3k last July

If that value is right I should put it up for sale wink

When I die and get sent to Hell that's where they're going to send me...to work for eternity...at Hursley Hill Garage! Just look at the car marques they're franchised to:

i think they used to have a ssasyong franchise, there used to be loads of the beautiful Rodius outside.
He has an 02 megane scenic on at £2495 and a 04 yaris at £3995 !
Still he must survive somehow that garage has been there for years so something must keep in business.

Clutching at straws I think after Rover went under, then Daihatsu stopped importing cars to the UK. Proton and Perodua are two fairly easy low cost franchises to get into.

I like the way are presented as if they are premium. Black background and a proud list, as if they are high end.

This has to be the worst franchise dealer in the UK, by a country mile.

They will be serving a loyal clientèle of old biddies who buy whatever their 'trusted' dealer are recommending to them, at full list, having first bought a Leyland thing from them 35 years ago.

There was a place exactly like that near here. Went from ARG to Rover/MG to Diahatsu to Proton to bankrupt when all the old biddies died off.

There's always a man for a low mileage diesel auto estate and that's an Sri estate 150 16v - it's dear but not as much as you might think.

Last year I bought a 2008 1.8 petrol Sri estate say nav vectra trade sales and one old boy from new 55k miles for £1000 - didn't want it but he phoned me as new I bought cars...... Sold for £2795 in the end - if you have quality it is hard to replace in the trade - why give good cars away just because you have bought them right. He might have bought it for next to nothing why not try and get full market value - sellers do in every other industry... And they don't have all the dramas if soga on old products.
