fk off.
Odd that they'd start with such a high mileage base. The ad also seems to suggest they spent £35k on the wrap....not possible, surely?!

I read it as £8k on the wrap, £4k on improvements and £35k buying it in the first place.

£25k buys you something awesome, I really don't see the logic.

With natural aspiration all but gone from mainstream cars, some vendors are hiking up their prices. Especially "normal" mint cars for 20+years ago

£8K - still £8k too much, obviously - given it's age/condition, some wrapping paper would have probably lasted as long as it would and given the same result?

I know they're getting a bit scarce now but really??? £7295

Better value than the Volvo, though.

Yikes, I assume the terrible roof vent accounts for most of the price ?

mini van in CCW yesterday at surreal price of 19,995. Really! The review, such it can be in a paper dependent on ads. Also suggests it's not perfect . Well, how could it be? This sort of thing will tarnish decent classic dealers' reputations even though it's a private ad.

I'm not sure prices being hiked has anything to do with natural aspiration having all but gone from mainstream cars.

http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/2016... Surely only worth half that at best? Have to say the idea of a 3.0 Mondeo that is completely indistinguishable from the rest of the range appeals more than it should to me.

The non-ST V6 ones do go under the radar. The exhaust system and airbox make them a fair bit quieter than the full fat ST220

Does seem quite a bit though

How much do you think a low mileage Type R is worth then?

Am I missing something here or did I just see a MK2 Escort for sale asking £190,000?

Thats funny maybe he got so excited at listing his old Ford for £19k he accidentally added an extra 0 to the price.

You was spot on, it's now a more sensible £19,000.
