Have we had this one yet? £5.5K for a 1.6 Primera?

OK, it's low mileage, but it should be, it hasn't been driven for 10 years at least. What the hell would you do with it if you bought it? It's not even the 'desirable' model of the range.

And reading 'yes, just 5400 miles!!!!!!' in the ad that many times made me want to poke my own eyes out.
Beautiful wheel trims. You'd think they'd get the odometer in focus.

Yeah maybe £1200 to £1500.
It's just a bog standard Nissan.

How many miles has it done? Didn't quite catch that after reading the add.

A 3.5 with more Alpina badges than a real one, no MOT,a non-functioning passenger door and clearly a rather hard 89k miles.

Bidding starts at £3260 with no reserve. Well it would do were anyone mad enough.

Badged as a B10. Oh dear.
I'd stop after the wheels, it suits it very well.

Good job he's happy to keep his ''exceptional'' BMW as it certainly looks as though he will be.

Shame the interior doesn't look as well preserved as the exterior, especially for only 89k... hehe

The mismatched cheapo tyres (Wanli/Federal/Dunlop) are all a bit of a warning sign on a car like that as well.

I love it when people tell you how much the 'cherished' plate is 'worth'. It is very simple to put it on retention and sell it yet they never do......

The guy is deluded.

Except he can't change plate over as it has no mot.

The car is a breaker due to gearbox spec and engine it's not as dear as you might think... Try and source a manual box for one of these!

I like the C6...but for £5-6 grand.

I can think of 22,000 other things I would buy for £22k than this!!

Or it might be a decent car that just needs a few bit sorting.

To be honest from the pictures it hasn't got the usual E39 rust which is a bonus and if the Alpina Alloys and a few other bits are genuine they could be sold for a few quid.

It's a bit over priced but you'd need to see it first and get it tested to see the failure sheet.

Surely sell stupid plate for the 1k's it is worth. Remove all stupid Alpina stuff and sell they off.

Fix car with plate money. Sell for about 3-4k in good condition. (if an honest car)

Maybe £20000 for an old fiesta is normal these days, but to me it is still nuts.

If the seller was so confident there'd be more than just pictures of the front end too.

If it's that good, show us.

It would be nice if they took photos of the sides and back of it. At least you know what it looks like under a car cover though biggrin

My first thought, £20k car being advertised in a £3.5k autotrader manner. Cant have it both ways.

I could be out of touch here, maybe it is market value these days but someone is asking 6k for a 1990 318 that looks very unloved, the paint is really flat and there were bits of trim hanging off the front bumper. Seems a strong price considering the owner doesn't show it any love.
