Bought my annual screenwash requirement today at Lidl. 5L £4.99 does down to -60 deg c. I have used this for the past few years including the extra cold winter 4? yrs ago.
Approved for fan jet washers and TUV certified made in Germany.

I do not work for Lidl it is just good stuff. Better than most you buy.

Pretty sure you don't dilute if you want protection down to -60. Pretty overkill Imo though.

Great stuff everyone should get some for the winter...I mix mine 50:50 with the Blue Prestone screen wash from Costco a combination that works really well.

How the hell do you manage to only use 5L of screenwash per year? I probably buy two 20 L drums of the diluting stuff from Maccess each year. SWMBO does about 16K miles a year and I'm doing 8 - 10K. So that'd be one 20L drum for the average 12K a year one car user.

Use neat if you want cover down to minus 60 (WTF in UK!!) Dilute for other strengths.
If I could be arsed I would go to the garage and read the label but I can't

I will be buying a couple of bottle tomorrow,
Normally use the prestone stuff from costco and just pour it in neat but I may try diluting the Lidl stuff.
The 50:50 with the prestone could worth trying

I use Volkswagen stuff. Four 5 litre containers of dilutable screenwash is £9 plus VAT. Using it neat protects to -35 degrees.

The Lidl stuff is fabulous value and works a treat. I use it 50/50 dilution for screenwash up here in a cold part of the Scottish Highlands (nr Aviemore) but it also gets used neat from a spray bottle as a screen de-icer. Get through 15 litres of the stuff every winter (4 cars....& excludes the garage queen).

The Lidl stuff is quite greasy, but it is very cheap against the other low freezing point screenwashes.

Many of the -20 screenwashes still manage to freeze in the headlamp washer jets and end up blowing them off. This stuff has been fine for me the last few years.

I'll be stocking up again.

I can't see it online.

Hopefully my local shop has it in stock. It wasn't there last week as I've been keeping an eye out for it.
