It was very nice of his blind mates guide dog to describe what a Zonda looked like over the phone

The turbo in the pics looks a bit manky. Sounds rough too, as rough as it looks.

It's worth whatever the engine/box wheels and front calipers are worth I guess?

Its the Zonda equivalent of that old Peugeot ad where the enthusiastic young Indian chap reshapes his Hindustan Ambassador into an approximation of the Pug with the help of elephants, hammers and crashing it, that or an airfix done by a 10 year old.

Could be quite good if finished better and not aping a Zonda

Are we all sure this is not just a papier-mache wind up?

God, even rough walls are better finished than that.

Dear lord, that's awful. I think the saddest part is that someone with no skills whatsoever has put hundreds of hours into the thing.

Can't afford a Zonda. Accept it.

Trying to "re-create" a Zonda just makes you look like a right James Blunt.

Oh, and if for some reason you feel compelled to attempt to build a replica - FFS make it look decent!!!!

I know scrapyards that would refuse to take that in because it would bring down the image of the place............

Makes me want to cry. frown

Everyone loves a 'Try-er' and as I said earlier - this chap has put a hell of alot of time and money into this project.

But I just got to the photos of the wishbones. I'm out.

Probably a fake Zonda from this outfit would have cost less and powered by anything from a V12 AMG to a Toyota MR2 there would be something for every pocket or taste:

However if it were my money I would prefer the irony of their Bentley Continental look-alike based on a Lincoln Continental donor smile

With petrol prices going down so rapidly then I guess this cars value will be impacted? With a full tank it's got to be worth £100. If prices go down then this car could be worth £75 at this rate. Owner must be sweating.
