Anyone got any opinions or experience of the Zenos Z10 as a track car? Seems like an interesting setup, great price (£30k for the basic car plus track pack) and good reviews. I've never bought a new car, this could tempt me...
Not sure I could drive it to the ring though, so would need a trailer.

From the Retro £0-5k Thread;
I 'think' I may have sold it new and it's stayed local after all these years too, feel like I should buy it for old times sake......that and I ruddy love GTV's

Quite a weekend for threadists I see
Not quite as cool as an arrows f1 car, nor an engineless BAR & certainly not as practice as Joel's camper, but I placed my order this morning for that MX5.
I am a walking, talking cliché considering my profession. But what the hell
Here's a certain Franchitti brother discussing his laps at the recent eTCOTY get together. I may have spent some time today going over BBR's tuning packages for it

Super 200? I'm favouring that over the turbo as I think a n/a lump will suit the car better but we'll see. I feels like it has enough power for the road in standard trim but it may feel a little thin in Germany First things first, sort out the ride height and get some spare wheels with track rubber-does anyone know if compomotive are still making wheels? In my minds eye some silver THs would look the business.

This weekend I have mainly been.... well I went out to buy a track day car so I didn't wreck the M. Things escalated quickly.
Now the happy owner of a DFR Engined Arrows that was painted last month for a Ferrari Advertisment in Switzerland. Roll on the summer!
Clearly nose cone is removed for transportation, not damaged, yet....
It fits! Just, there is an inch either side of the rear wheels, and it grounds out on the lip of the door but its in.
Wow. Work has been a bit busy so I haven't checked in for a while. Glad to see threadists have been busy. Now the happy owner of a DFR Engined Arrows that was painted last month for a Ferrari Advertisment in Switzerland. Roll on the summer!

That's pretty much the most amazing thing I've seen on this thread. Really well done. And to read that you started looking for a clio!!
Top work.

Jesus Christ. This is the best example of London Bus Syndrome I've seen.I am off out now, moving mine to its new home. A very secure, dehumidified, disused Bomb Store on a disused airbase. Which happens to have acres of disused smooth tarmac and no-one to upset with any loud noises should they be made that is

Plan is to install some kind of bike engine running at about 200bhp and use it on track. We shall see
Interesting. Given that two of you can pick the chassis up, what would it potentially weigh with a bike drivetrain? 300kg or less? That would still be a lot of performance!!braddo said:
